1. Open the application.
2. In the connection window, enter your email associated with your PNP account and tap Continue.
3. In the new window, tap Forgot password?
4. Confirm the email address associated with your account and tap SEND. An email will be sent to you.
NOTE: Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see an email after a few minutes, or repeat the operation in case you entered the wrong email address.
5. Once you receive the email, simply follow the instructions to reset your password.
6. If you want to reset your password at any time, go to My Account and select Modify Password.
