    Premium video messages from Santa are the most exciting treats you can surprise your loved ones with for Christmas! Magical story lines reveal exclusive footage from Santa's Village, with up to 6 minutes of Santa screen time. Choose from an array of scenarios featuring fun personalization items, such as the child's personality, close friends, habits, location, good deeds, desired gift, and more!

    Available on the website or mobile app, Premium Videos let you add up to 5 photos and include a VIDEO EXCLUSIVE (the news everyone's been waiting all year for): Santa's Verdict. Has your loved one made Santa's Nice List this year?

    All Premium Videos can be personalized with an unlimited pass or a single premium video purchase. With the Magic Pass, you can also download them as a keepsake until the end of September next year when the Pass expires.

    NOTE: As long as you have an active Pass, you can access your videos at any time.

  • Can I modify a video once it is completed?

    The Invengineer elves have worked hard to make it possible for certain fields to be modified; however, scenarios cannot be edited.
    NOTE: While the video is processing, modifications cannot be done.

    To modify your personalizations:
    1) Go to My Creations.
    2) Click Edit beside the video thumbnail you wish to modify.

  • Why doesn't my video have any sound on my mobile device?

    If you're having trouble getting your videos to play sound on iPhone, the elves have a few suggestions!

    Please double check to make sure that your device isn't on mute mode?

    On iPhones, there's a switch near the volume buttons that controls this, and while some app videos such as youtube will still work when mute mode is on, our videos don't. If you're on a tablet, you can check this by swiping up from the bottom of the screen.

    You'll also want to ensure that your Media volume, in particular, is set high enough.

    Lastly, if this doesn't prove successful, try going to 'Settings', tap 'Sounds', and under 'Ringer and alerts' toggle 'Change with Buttons' to off (not green).

    This video is free for grown-ups to personalize on both the website and mobile app. It has been specifically created to have a hearty laugh with friends and family and enjoy the magic of Christmas.

  • What is the free "Birthday wishes" video?

    Available all year-round, this video is free for parents to personalize for children on both the website and mobile app.
    NOTE: Free Birthday Videos may only be available as a bonus item after creating a Santa Video.

    Birthday Videos can be viewed on both computers and mobile devices and are available for up to 30 days following the recipient's birthday. Afterwards, they will be deleted from your account. But before they're no longer available, they can be saved in HD as mp4 files on any local device (desktop, laptop, mobile, tablet, etc.) as a keepsake.

  • What is the difference between "personalizing" and "modifying" a message?

    The first time you complete a personalization form for a Santa Video, you are personalizing a message.
    If you have completed a personalization and viewed the Santa Video, but wish to go back to make changes, you are modifying a message.

    To modify an existing video message:
    1. Go to My Creations > My Videos.
    2. Select your video message and click Edit.

  • Can I modify all the fields in the form after the video is made?

    You can modify anything about the video except the scenario.

    Personalized video messages with an option to download in HD can still be modified once you have generated the file for download, but the video will need to be processed again.

  • Can I make more than one child the central character in the story?

    This year we are introducing group videos, intended for groups such as childcare, school classes, sports clubs etc.

    However, at this time, there cannot be more than one central character in a video scenario.

    If you have more than one child, we suggest creating different Premium Santa Videos, one for each child. Premium Santa Videos have many different storylines, making it possible to create unique video messages for individual children living under one roof.

  • Why is my child's name not on the list of available names?

    This may be because your child's name is rare or has an unusual spelling, but the name may also be pronounced the same way as another name on our list. The elves recommend that you enter your child's name with a more common spelling (e.g. Isabel instead of Izabel; Anthony instead of Antony), or use language specific characters, or listen to the different options proposed by the dropdown menu.

    Don't forget that there's a distinction between "display" and "audio". Santa will display the name in his magical Big Book.

    Other options:
    1. If your child's name is not available, you can choose to have Santa say a nickname, such as "sweetheart" or "darling".

    2. If you'd like to submit a new name, please contact the elves HERE and select Requesting a First name in the "What action are you having trouble completing?" field of the form. We can't promise every name will be added, but new names are added every year. You never know, it may be there next year!

  • Why isn't my child's name displayed correctly in the video message?

    Don't forget that there's a distinction between the name displayed on screen and the way Santa pronounces it (display vs. audio). The name displayed is exactly the one you've enter in the form—not the one selected as a pronunciation.

    However, if you are using special characters in the first page of the form (e.g. Arabic, Chinese, etc.), it's possible that the characters are not supported in Santa's Big Book. Check to make sure that you wrote your child's name correctly in the form and avoid using characters outside the Roman alphabet.

  • Why is Santa saying the wrong age in the Birthday Video?

    When you create a Birthday video message, you must provide a birthdate. This birthdate calculates the child's age in real time—while the video is being viewed. In other words, the age is calculated the moment you watch the video, not the moment you create it. So, if the recipient watches the video after their birthday, Santa will think they are one year older (because that's the age they would be on their next birthday).

    If you want your Birthday Video to be viewed AFTER the birth date, the elves suggest the following:
    1. Click Log in at the top right corner of the page using your email and password combination, or by connecting with Facebook or Google.
    2. Go to My Creations > My Videos.
    3. Click Edit in the video details, then go to the first page of the form.
    4. Change the birth year to set it one year later.
    5. Click Save and accept the changes.
    6. Go to My Creations and click the Play button in the video preview.

    You should now see and hear Santa say the correct age, even if you're watching the video after the birth date.

  • Why am I having trouble uploading a photo in the personalization form?

    Make sure you're using one of the formats accepted by PNP: JPEG, GIF, or PNG.

    The size of the photo is also very important. Be sure your photo has a minimum resolution of 640x480 pixels, and that you haven't exceeded the maximum size of 8 MB.

    Be sure to create a new recipient, using one from previous years can cause problems when uploading photos.

    If you can't see the bottom of the pop-up box, it is likely due to your screen resolution. Place your cursor on the pop-up box and scroll down using your mouse wheel. If this doesn't work, or if you don't have a mouse connected to your computer, zoom out in your browser by pressing the Ctrl and + buttons (PC) or Command and + buttons (Mac) at the same time, you may need to do this two or three times.

    In order to reverse this, you just need to press Ctrl and - buttons (PC) or Command and - buttons (Mac) at the same time.

  • Why can't I go to the next page when I'm filling in the form to create a personalized message?

    There are a few possible reasons for this:
    1. Every required field must be completed, otherwise a warning message will be displayed.
    2. Your session may have expired. Just close the window and restart your browser.
    3. The command may not work because cookies are not enabled in your browser. If that's the case, you need to enable cookies. To find out how to enable cookies in your browser, click HERE.
    4. Verify your Internet connection. An active connection is required to validate the different form pages.

  • Why can't I watch my video anymore?

    The elves can think of two possible reasons why this may occur:

    The link to the video is not valid anymore.
    - If your video was created before 2015, it may not be available anymore. If you want access to the video, ask the creator if it was saved in HD as a keepsake.
    - If your video was created since 2015, the link could have been changed while the website was being updated. Log into your account on this year's website and verify that your video is still safely stores in My Creations.
