What is a Santa Call?
A Santa Call is a personalized message that a recipient receives through a landline or cellphone number in real time. They can be placed in over 170 countries around the world (see available country list HERE)!
As the sender, you may choose among an array of fun scenarios from different categories, such as "Congratulations", "Night before Christmas", etc.
When you place a call, you will be asked to enter a valid phone number. On the receiving end, the recipient must press 1 to listen to Santa's message. You will have a maximum of 3 attempts to complete the call, which are used up if:
- If the recipient does not answer the call.
- If the recipient, or their voice message service, answers but does not press 1. (The call will be ended and one call attempt will have been used.)
If all three attempts are used up, the call cannot be attempted again, so be sure that the recipient knows that a call is coming.
NOTE: The caller will not be charged long distance fees, but the elves cannot guarantee the recipient will not be charged, as any additional fees depend on the recipient's phone plan (e.g., roaming fees on cell phones may be applied).
Can I listen to my personalized call before placing it?
Absolutely! We recommend that you always listen to your calls before placing them.
Once your call is personalized:
1. Go to My Creations > My Calls.
2. Click Listen next to your call thumbnail. This function gives you the opportunity to listen to your personalized call before placing it.
What happens if the recipient is unable to answer my call?
You should always ensure that your recipient is ready to pick up the phone by either letting them know ahead of time that a call is on the way, or knowing that they are available. Once the call is answered, the recipient must PRESS 1 to connect to Santa following the elf's invitation.
If they do not press 1, or if their voicemail service picks up for them, this will use up 1 of 3 attempts you have to place the call.

Why is my country or area code not available to be called?
Placing calls to Mexico, Argentina, or Brazil.
We are aware of some difficulty in placing calls to certain areas. Some additions may be needed when entering the phone number in an international format.
Calling a cell phone from outside of Mexico: Please add a 1 before the area code (e.g.: +52-1-624-166-6887).
Calling a call phone from within Mexico: Please add 044 or 045, then the area code, then the number.
Argentina: Please add a 9 before the area code for calls to cell phones in Argentina.
Brazil: Please be sure to include the 2 digit area code before the 8 digit phone number.
How do I create a Santa Call?
Calls are created in an easy 4-step process:
1. Log in to your account on the website or app and go to the Calls section.
NOTE: Make sure you have an active Magic Pass. If you do, a message will be displayed underneath the page title.
2. Pick a call, click Personalize and select your recipient.
3. Fill in the required fields and click Create call. Your personalized message will appear in My Creations > My Calls.
4. Only one thing left to do! Place your call.
How do I modify a Santa Call?
To modify your call:
1. Log in to your account on the website or mobile app.
2. Go to My Creations > My Calls.
3. Click Edit next to the call you wish to modify. Make your changes and click Create call. The modified call will be updated in My Creations > My Calls.
How do I place a Santa Call?
First, you will need to be logged in to a PNP account on the application or website, and unlock a call, or all of them with a Magic pass.
To place a call, you'll need to find the call you want to use in My Creations.
If you select "Place call" you'll be asked to enter the country and phone number of the person you'd like the call to go to. Please remember that you don't need to enter "0" at the start of the number.
How do I schedule or reschedule a Santa Call?
To place your call:
1. Go to My Creations > My Calls.
2. Click Schedule a call next to your personalized message.
3. In the pop-up window, choose the destination country and enter the recipient's phone number.
NOTE: Make sure the area code automatically included is correct. Do not add spaces, periods, or dashes between the numbers.
4. Select the date and time that you want the call to be placed. If you are calling a different time zone, remember that the time is in your local time.
5. Select Schedule call.
To reschedule a call, select Reschedule call, and follow the same steps as above.
How do I see a call's status?
To see the status of a call, find it in My Creations > My Calls.
If the call is scheduled, you will see when it is set to be placed.
To see information about past attempts to place the call, select History.
How do I delete my Santa Video or Santa Call?
NOTE: This topic will show you how to delete an item from "My Creations". If you want to delete your account, please refer to this topic.
Deleting a video or a call is easy peasy. But by doing so, you will no longer be able to access this personalized message.
To delete an item:
1. Log in on the mobile application or website.
2. Go to My Creations.
3. Find the video or call you want to delete in your item list under the My Videos or My Calls tab.
4. Click Delete next to your item.
5. Confirm the item deletion once again.
